When young families in BC are looking to buy a new home, local school and school ranking are big factors in their decisions. Some neighbourhoods in BC might have convenient facilities, some may have a beautiful ocean view, while others may be very close to public transportation. All of these qualities are important to family life, but for young families, which school's catchment area their new home falls within is one of the most important factors.
